Exchange policy
Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at [your email/contact form] with your order number and reason for exchange. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for returning the item.
Exchange Timeframe
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. After approval, your replacement item will be shipped, and you’ll receive a new tracking number via email.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
If the new item has a price difference, you’ll be contacted to settle any balance before shipment.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Intimate or hygiene-related products (e.g., earrings, undergarments)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
International Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders due to customs and shipping constraints. We recommend placing a new order if you need a different size or color.
